Nigeria Records New COVID-19 Cases In 20 States


The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 575 new COVID-19 cases in the country bringing total cases to 29,286.

NCDC disclosed this Monday night via it verified twitter page.

Meanwhile, Cross River State has finally joined the long list as it recorded five cases of the novel coronavirus.

This is the first time positive results would be confirmed in the state since the outbreak of the disease in February.

NCDC announced the development while confirming 575 new cases.

These new cases were recorded in 20 states of the federation.
