Entertaining moments should be fun and easy, it's no task, you shouldn't let bad experiences trouble you, you need to socialize with people who will support you, lift your spirit, and be with you because they are willing to, do away with complainers, the always moody ones with low spirit, they will only infect you.

If the people in your cirlce isn’t encouraging you or supporting you to live a good, carefree life, then make a change as soon as possible.

Recognize your stressors and stay ahead



Map out the things making you feel restless, troubled, anxious or overwhelmed. It can be situations, places, people just be sure to make it all-inclusive, consider your day to day activities and figure out what makes you feel stressed out, it might be a friend, date, spouse, colleague.
